Pickup & Collection Process
01. Schedule a Collection Booking
Simply make a booking via our booking tool and complete all details as required
02. Booking Confirmation
We coordinate collection windows based on community density to minimize carbon footprint and maximize efficiency. We will either confirm your preferred time or contact you for an alternative
03. Day of Collection
Our experts handle the removal / collection, ensuring items are sorted for refurbishment, resale, or professional raw material recovery.
